We worked alongside MedCohere to create this Animated Explainer Video that highlights perfectly their paperless practice and secure communication system for Dentists, Specialists and Physicians.
MedCohere have launched their fantastic system to take the hassle out of managing the often-overwhelming task of handling patient data and referrals. Their all-in-one HIPAA-compliant system helps cut paperwork, track referrals and better coordinate patient care. Patients can now complete registrations, insurance, health information and consent forms online on any device, ultimately saving time and resulting in a clear increase in patient satisfaction.

Step 1
Scriptwriting & Brainstorming
Our enthusiastic team got together with the guys over at MedCohere and began brainstorming some brilliant ideas. It was vital to lay-down a script that would convince their prospective clients of the value of using their online system and how much stress it could potentially relieve in the process. Our expert team of scriptwriters at Kashu relished this challenge and soon we had the script nailed-down.
Step 2
Voiceover
Alongside the team at MedCohere, we carefully selected a voiceover artist that could really inject personality into the script. This is a crucial part of the process as it sets the tone for the video and brings the desired levels of energy and emotion to the play.
Step 3
Sketching Phase
Now to imagine how the characters and scenes will come to life – how the characters would look, how we would portray the setting and the overall feel of the video. We now had the design outline exactly how the client wanted, and we were ready to start exploring the style of the animation.
Step 4
Style sample
It was now time to throw some style ideas around and discuss these further with the client. This is a key stage in establishing the brand identity and what values our client wanted to project. We opted for a style that conveyed reliability and professionalism.

Graphic storyboard
Our storyboarding process enabled the client to view the images, frames and sequence of events – ensuring they were totally satisfied we had captured their vision and ethos. We were then ready to commit the project to the animation phase.

Animation
Finally, to our favourite part of the process: the animation!
Our wonderful bunch of animators were able to demonstrate the practical benefits of using our client’s paperless practice system and how this could impact positively on the overall patient experience. The animation had a professional tone that was also fully engaging. We slipped-in some subtle, light-hearted music in the background; a little trick we use to engage with the audience.
